The Firm, together with partner Francesca Spadetto, has assisted a company belonging to a leading group in the construction materials sector with widespread and established territorial presence in the execution of a complex business asset acquisition transaction.
Legal assistance was provided from the negotiation and execution of preliminary agreements for the purchase of a significant real estate entity together with a business branch, subsequently extending to advisory services rendered during activities aimed at obtaining administrative authorization for the conduct of extractive operations according to the client’s requirements, through to the execution of definitive acquisition contracts.
The successful completion of the transaction was made possible also thanks to the valuable contribution of Dr. Laura Briganti, who intervened in her capacity as liquidator of one of the vendors and for accounting and tax advisory services relating to the transaction, as well as Studio Causero & Spadetto Associati for the design aspects.
